Concord University cost $9,700 in tuition and fees for students studying in-state, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

This ranks Concord University as one of the five most expensive schools in West Virginia in 2023.

The amount an in-state students in tuition and fees was $600 more than the previous year.

Out-of-state students attending Concord University in 2023 were expected to pay $20,600, which is $1,260 more than the previous year.

The average cost of college has more than doubled in the 21st century, growing by more than 7% every year. In-state students can expect to spend nearly $10,000 on tuition alone per year at a public, 4-year post-secondary school.Meanwhile, out-of-state tuitions averages $27,457.
