The 2023 Spay/Neuter voucher program will be a 1-DAY ONLY, on site event which will be held MARCH 8TH beginning at 10am at TRACTOR SUPPLY (E Cumberland Rd, Bluefield WV). Cut off time is scheduled for 2pm unless we run out of vouchers sooner. Due to increased costs and decreased vet availability, unfortunately, this year’s program will be much smaller. Vouchers are $25 (cash or check only) with a limit of 3 per household and are available for Mercer, McDowell, and Wyoming county residents. Please bring a photo id. Vouchers will cover surgery, pain shot, and Rabies vaccine for each dog or cat. A list of participating vets will be provided with your voucher purchase. To ensure appointments are kept, some vets may require a deposit which may or may not be refundable the day of the surgery. When calling to schedule your appointment, check with your vet for any additional charges. For additional information email mercerhumanesociety@gmail.com

-No mailed applications will be accepted this year.
