The Director of Finance is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the organization’s Finance Department and its resources. RCCAA currently has a budget of over 6 million dollars and employs over 120 staff. The Director of Finance is a key member of the senior leadership team and reports directly to the executive director.
RCCAA is seeking a Director of Finance who will be “team oriented”, foster a progressive and visionary environment concerning financial planning and awareness within the agency; will provide leadership in advancing the organizations’ financial strategic direction and will ensure that resources are managed in the most beneficial way.
