During the City of Hinton’s sidewalk replacement near the Avis Overhead Bridge, a culvert collapse was discovered.
The WV Division of Highways (DOH) is in the process of correcting this concern.
Once the upgrade is complete by the WV DOH, the City of Hinton Public Works will finish the sidewalk replacement.
