Join us in the Pais Fellowship Hall on Thursday, February 2 at 8 a.m. for Concord University's annual Groundhog Day Breakfast with weather prognosticator Concord Charlie.

This year's Grand Groundhog Watcher is Rusty Sarver '94, chairman of the Princeton Community Hospital Board of Directors and co-owner of Main Street Builders in Princeton.

RSVP by Friday, January 27 at concord.edu/groundhog. The cost per person is $20.

The Concord Charlie tradition was originated in 1978 by the late Professor R.T. “Tom” Hill. As chairman of both the geography department and the Appalachian Studies program at Concord, Hill started the Groundhog Day Breakfast as a means to celebrate a bit of Appalachian heritage and highlight the program.
