Wyoming County had unemployment rate of 8% in 2021

Wyoming County recorded an unemployment rate of 8% among residents aged 16 and 65 years old in 2021. That’s 521 people out of the 21,581 living in Wyoming County at the time, according to data obtained from the U.S. Census Bureau.

The unemployment rate in Wyoming County has decreased compared to the 11.6% registered in 2020.

The percentage of people unemployed in Wyoming County was greater than the statewide unemployment rate of 6.4%.
