On Wednesday, March 19, former Bluefield High School standout Davis Rockness’ current college team, the Wheaton Thunder, lost 11-5 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Concordia Chicago Cougars.
The game took place at Lee Pfund Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.
The Thunder’s next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 5 p.m. at Lee Pfund Stadium against Saint Mary’s Cardinals.
